Clergy and Institutional Abuse
Survivor representation against institutions. Discovery, depositions, trial.
Clergy and Institutional Abuse
Survivors of clergy and institutional abuse deserve litigation, not a settlement administrator’s form. We represent survivors against churches, dioceses, schools, scouting organizations, and other institutions that enabled abuse, and we pursue those institutions through discovery, depositions, and trial.
Our attorneys have represented an individual sexual assault survivor in litigation that twice reached the Texas Supreme Court and was remanded 9–0 in our client’s favor each time before resolution. We are comfortable with the procedural, evidentiary, and statute-of-limitations issues that institutional abuse cases raise, and we work them as long-horizon trial cases, not as administrative claims to be processed and discounted.
Selective Serious-Injury Representation
The firm evaluates whether a matter fits its small-docket, trial-preparation model before undertaking representation.
