Cause No. 141-277896-15, 141st Judicial District Court, Tarrant County, Texas. A civil action arising from a murder-for-hire scheme involving millions of dollars in life insurance proceeds. The case was tried to verdict, with Matthew R. McCarley serving as first chair. The jury returned a verdict in the approximate amount of $166 million in favor of the plaintiff.

Multidistrict and coordinated state proceedings against opioid manufacturers and distributors. Texas Supreme Court
An individual survivor of sexual assault was represented in litigation against a corporate defendant. The corporation appealed twice to the Supreme Court of Texas. On both appeals, the Court remanded 9–0 in favor of our client. The matter resolved by confidential settlement.
